Deforestation Biodiversity

We are aware that climate change and the destruction of habitats additionally contribute to decreasing biodiversity, and have thought of ways we can change our everyday lives to solve the problems. To reduce energy consumption, we suggest installing double-glazed windows into more buildings and gradually increase this to make sure all buildings have them and less heat energy is wasted as heat escapes into the environment. Also , we could control heating systems to ensure all buildings maintain a minimum temperature in the summer but we don’t waste energy by excessively heating them. Finally, we could use more public transport and cycle or walk more to areas instead of using cars or other forms of less efficient transport. And to restore biodiversity, we suggest encouraging more people to help plant wild plants/trees to create more natural habitats.
